Built in 1989, the City of Ellensburg’s Business Incubator is conveniently located off Dolarway near Ellensburg Downtown. The approximately 9,800 square feet of space accommodates up to five businesses, has a kitchen and shared restroom facilities. The Ellensburg Business Development Authority (EBDA) dba CenterFuse manages the Incubator for the City.

In addition to below market rent, business consulting services such as business planning, marketing, e-commerce, financials and the like are available upon request. We also have a pool of expert mentors ready to help with Incubator tenant’s needs.

In 2021, CenterFuse facilitated the sale of this building to a private business. The transaction was a win-win for the city and the new buyer.
